As a multi-branded supplier of digital printing equipment, we are often asked “Which is the best machine between X and R?”

The issue with this question is that it is sometimes flawed by the comparison being made.

Single-branded salespeople only have one machine manufacturer to offer and as such they will tailor their approach to promote the best aspects of their product and how it ‘beats’ the competition.
